Is it necessary to be a member to make Order?
No, you may also order through our web without being a member. But there will be an option on the order confirmation screen, which allows you the sign in if desired.

What are the payment methods?
Our payment method is online payment with credit card.

How much does the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are free of charge for a shopping price over 100. If its above 100, it will be charged to customer shopping bag; for Turkey the cost is 10 tl.

For the other countries amount of cost changes according to customers country, between 20 and 30 euros.

What is the delivery date of my product?

For Turkey-Istanbul, Weekday orders done until 17:00 are delivered at the same day; and the orders done after this time are delivered next day to the UPS Cargo. The parcel company does not accept delivery on Saturdays and Sundays. Except remote regions, the products are delivered to the customers one day after.

To Europe and Other Countries we ship orders with DHL Express 1 to 3 business days.

How can I return or change my ordered product?
Very simple. You can return each product which is not dressed, washed and damaged. Within 30 days you can change or refund your money if you write an email by mentioning the reason of change/return and send the product to our address together with its invoice, the process will start immediately. Return and change is free of charge. You can courier it with our contracted cargo company UPS or DHL as collect call into our address. In case of if any UPS or DHL agent is available in your region, the shipping cost  belongs to the customer.

Do I need to pay for return or change?

Return and changing procedures are completely free of charge.
