Within the scope of its main principle "100 % Customer Satisfaction", REASON, which gives great importance to consumer satisfaction, against invoice and its packages accepts return of its delivered products within 30 days, provided that it is unused and undamaged.
For the products you want to change / return, the shipping fee will be paid by our company. In order to make use of free shipping, you need to send your package to REASON by using our contracted cargo company named UPS in turkey or DHL for other countries. For shipments sent by other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. The product shall not be used, the label should not be removed or unstitched.
All copies of the invoices shall be sent together with the product.
The product and its box shall be packed and returned in such a way as not to be damaged. Products with tape or label on the box are not subject to any change/return.
If the parcel company wants to tape the box directly, please do not accept it. Cargos that do not comply with this clause will not be accepted at all.
The price of the product/products that you return will be refund after quality control of the product/products that reach us. Depending on your banking conditions, it will be refund to your credit card, bank account or PayU account within 2-3 days.
Please note that, if the above conditions are not met, your change/return request will not be processed.
